You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. SyncLink66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

You may not use your account for any illegal purposes, to violate any laws, to infringe on others’ rights, or to interfere with the proper functioning of SyncLink66 services.

What We Provide

SyncLink66 provides a multi-channel inventory visibility and cross-platform monitoring dashboard for e-commerce businesses. Our services include real-time inventory tracking, performance analytics, and proactive low-stock or out-of-stock alerts to help you manage your storefronts manually.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of the platform.

Uptime and Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.

Free and Paid Plans

SyncLink66 offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans are subject to limitations on features and connected stores. Paid plans provide access to additional features and support.

Billing Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription, except as required by law.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

System Abuse

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupting service operation, or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Data Misuse

Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from SyncLink66 for unauthorized purposes, or using our platform to spam or send unsolicited communications.

Reverse Engineering

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of our software or services.

Reselling Services

Reselling or redistributing SyncLink66 services without our explicit written permission.

Service Provided ‘As Is’

SyncLink66 services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncLink66, its individual creators, operators, and developers shall not be liable for any personal, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, e-commerce data corruption, marketplace account suspensions, or disruptions to your marketplace search engine rankings (SEO).

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of SyncLink66 shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining external backups of your data and for any business decisions made based on information displayed on our dashboard. SyncLink66 is a real-time tracking tool; we strongly recommend manually verifying critical inventory levels directly through your original store platforms (Shopify, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce) before updating your storefronts.

Intellectual Property Rights

SyncLink66 and its original content, visual dashboard configurations, branding, and multi-channel data-mapping logic are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. The platform is owned and operated by Ryan Buretta (doing business as SyncLink66).

You retain all rights to the store and product data you import to SyncLink66. By using our services, you grant us a limited, secure license to view and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing our inventory monitoring dashboard to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to SyncLink66 immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service or system abuse.

Upon termination, your right to use SyncLink66 will immediately cease. You may request to export your mapping overview metrics within 30 days of termination, after which your account data layout may be permanently deleted from our servers.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions must be filed in the courts located in Pasco County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated text directly on this page and changing the “Last updated” date at the top.

Your continued use of SyncLink66 after changes are posted constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated terms.
