Yes, consistent SKUs are highly recommended for multi-channel tracking. But we understand things can get messy, and your stores will still import and display perfectly even without them. If an item is missing a SKU on Shopify, WooCommerce, or eBay, SyncLink66 automatically generates a secure internal fallback SKU so the product can safely appear in your visual dashboard as a standalone item. Due to platform API requirements, Etsy listings must have a SKU attached to be successfully imported into your dashboard.

Free Plan: Your dashboard automatically refreshes every 30 minutes. This scheduled update pulls in your latest sales data, updates any stock numbers that have changed, and checks for any new products you've added to your stores.

Pro Plan: Your dashboard tracks your inventory in real time. Your stock numbers update continuously, and you'll receive an immediate alert when a product reaches low stock or goes out of stock.

Yes. SyncLink66 helps prevent overselling by providing real-time inventory visibility across all connected platforms. It monitors stock levels continuously and sends proactive low-stock and out-of-stock alerts so you can take action before an oversell occurs. It is designed to keep you informed early so you can stay in control and avoid inventory issues that lead to canceled orders and unhappy customers.

Please note that SyncLink66 is intentionally built as a visibility and alert engine first. We do not automatically overwrite your live store catalog numbers behind the scenes, ensuring your database remains secure and protected from the silent background syncing bugs common in traditional automated platforms.

We currently support Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, and Etsy. The Free plan allows 2 stores, while the Pro plan unlocks all 4 platforms. We're constantly working to add more integrations based on user feedback.

Yes. All data sent to and from SyncLink66 is fully encrypted. We only access the information needed to sync your products, and we never store any payment details. Billing is handled securely through Stripe and Shopify. Your data is backed up regularly to keep everything safe and reliable.

We don't provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription, except as required by law. However, you can cancel anytime and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
